Instructions for Cold Use:
- Place the ice pack flat in the freezer for at least 2 hours
- Remove from the freezer
- Secure in the removable cover, snapping the cover snaps on each end
- Apply to the area to be treated
- WARNING: Treatment time should not exceed 30 minutes
Instructions for Heated Use:
- Remove the fabric cover
- Place the gel pack only in a microwave for 15-20 seconds at a time
- Temperature should not exceed 150 degrees Fahrenheit
- Remove from microwave and secure in the fabric cover, snapping the cover snaps on each end
- Apply to the area to be treated
- WARNING: Treatment time should not exceed 30 minutes
- WARNING: Fabric cover contains aluminum snaps and is NOT microwave safe
